Submission Guidelines


To ensure a smooth submission process, please follow these guidelines:

  • All submissions must be free of identifiable patient information.

  • Preferred video format is .mp4, with a maximum size of 50 MB.

  • Preferred image format is .jpeg.

  • Include a brief clinical description and indicate the media type.

  • Contributions are encouraged from diverse specialties, including Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and others.

If your media file exceeds the size limit of 50 MB, you can submit your material directly through WhatsApp or Telegram at +91 94322 88997. This option makes it easy for you to share larger files securely.
